Implementation
I understand that a business still needs to function whilst implementing any new system, working around working paterns so as not to disrubt the customer from doing what they do best.
In-person classroom styled sessions provide in-depth training to allow use of the system in the customers own environment with on-hand support to answer any questions.
Support
I provide post-implementation support for customers to ease the transition of legacy business processes to the new custom development.
Customers are able to log support calls directly with us to report issues, queries or feature requests. I aim to have a quick turnaround in responding and resolving the call and provide online documentation to aide in self support in common requests.
